In the adjacent area of the facade after window replacement: Supplementary drywall partitions in the area of the windows and facade shafts: approx. 100 m Supplement of the mineral fiber suspended ceiling: approx. 500 m² and GKF (gypsum fiber board) suspended ceilings: approx. 100 m². Painting and varnishing works on the facade-side walls inside: parapets and radiator panels approx. 400 m² as well as concrete columns approx. 580 m², other refurbishment coatings approx. 70 m², ceiling coatings approx. 100 m². Floor covering supplements on the ground floor in the area of the new facade: approx. 20 m linoleum covering as well as concrete artificial stone supplements at the main entrances approx. 250 × 30 cm.
