The municipality intends to procure security-enhancing technology that supports the needs of home care and care services. Bidders are requested to submit tenders for the implementation and management of security-enhancing technology for the municipality’s care services. The purpose of the procurement is to create the conditions for improved working methods in which the individual’s needs and everyday life are at the centre. The Social and Care Services Office intends, through this, to create security, participation, and accessible care close to the resident. Care shall be focused on person-centredness, participation, equality, preventive measures and cost-effectiveness, with the aim of creating security, quality and long-term sustainability in the care and care services.
