TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement regarding standard printing services, including printed materials in single-sheet, multi-sheet and book formats as well as in large format. The framework agreement covers order handling, workflow, production, file handling and delivery of print and printed materials according to the contracting authority’s ongoing needs and in accordance with the contracting authority’s CVI. The services include, among other things: - Receipt and handling of orders - Preparation and quality assurance of print files - Digital printing and print production - Finishing - Packaging and delivery - Advisory services regarding materials and procedures - Handling of the contracting authority’s CVI - Handling and/or development of the contracting authority’s current layout templates - Handling of confidential documents with and without data that can be attributed to individuals For publications, the services include, among other things, printing of covers and content, folding, gathering, stitching, gluing, binding and other relevant finishing.
