It also covers the definition of tourist routes and key orientation points, design planning, and the examination of digital enhancements.
• Lot 2: Consulting for the Conception and Implementation of the Salzburg Local Card involves strategic and conceptual advice for implementing a digital application related to City-Card systems, guest cards, or tourism apps. Key deliverables include developing and evaluating a robust calculation model, conceptualizing the technical system architecture considering existing systems, and integrating and managing at least 15 partner businesses.
• Lot 3: Consulting for the Technical Implementation and Rollout of the Concept for the Expansion of the Digital Salzburg Card entails the analysis and evaluation of an existing concept for the digital Salzburg Card, including its mobile application. This involves assessing economic and technical feasibility, evaluating potential solution variants, and deriving recommendations. Considerations include the current system landscape, cost-effectiveness, maintainability, future viability, and whether a single mobile application or a modular architecture is most suitable.
