TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the public procurement is to conclude a contract with one bidder that has been declared successful, who will conduct a business analysis to assess the possibilities for standardising, optimising and automating the procedure processes of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA) for authorisation procedures and supervisory procedures, and to define a uniform procedural framework and requirements for the procedural environment.
