TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is the planning and construction of multifunctional special areas as part of the project Neubau ZMedABCSchBw as a total contractor service, broken down into: Microbiological laboratories, two BSL3/S3 and BSL4/S4 Pharmacological/toxicological laboratories High-hygiene animal husbandry (VTH) in combination with radiation protection Radiation protection area RK3 area, low level laboratory. The scope of services includes the overall refurbishment/fit-out including the room-forming fit-outs of the aforementioned laboratory areas, as well as all technical installations, special installations and other services. The gross floor area (BGF) of the special laboratory areas is approximately 10,300 m². Within the second stage of the competitive dialogue, based on the framework conditions, requirements and service components specified in the tender documents, a functional description of services is to be developed and updated. This must specify the solution identified by the participant in such a way as to provide a reliable basis for the subsequent tendering phase and the later contract implementation.
