TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the site of the Botanical Garden of the Technical University of Dresden, extensive construction measures are planned, to be carried out in several construction phases/sub-project measures (TBM), including the far-reaching demolition of the currently existing buildings and building services/technical installations (including, among others, demolition of several commercial and administrative buildings, greenhouses, exhibition greenhouses, and garage sections with underground utility pipe routes/ heating ducts), the conversion and fit-out of individual structures (e.g., TBM 03 - conversion/renovation of the herbarium), as well as the de-sealing of paved surfaces. The large-scale location of the site and the location of the relevant demolition and remediation objects within the grounds of the Dresden Botanical Garden can be found in the location plans and aerial photographs in Annex 1 for illustrative purposes.
