TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the site of the Botanical Garden of the Technische Universität Dresden, extensive construction measures are planned, which, in several construction phases / partial measures (TBM), include the far-reaching demolition of the currently existing buildings and building services installations (including, among other things, demolition of several commercial and administrative buildings, greenhouses, exhibition greenhouses, garage blocks and underground utility pipe routes / heating ducts), the conversion and fit-out of individual structures (e.g.: TBM 03 - conversion/renovation of the Herbarium) as well as the de-sealing (removal of sealing) of paved areas. The large-scale layout of the site as well as the location of the relevant demolition and remediation structures on the grounds of the Botanical Garden Dresden can be taken, for illustration purposes, from the site plans and aerial photographs in Appendix 1.
