TENDER DESCRIPTION
Rodent control includes the non-poison pest control referred to in point 4.4.2 a and the pest control carried out using biocidal ready-to-use products referred to in point 4.4.2 b, as well as the related hourly work referred to in point 4.4.7. The Contracting Entity orders from the selected Service Provider the services included in the contract for each part for that particular part. The contract obliges the Service Provider to carry out the orders using the offered and agreed prices and within the specified deadlines. The Service Provider has no free right to refuse an order in accordance with the contract.
