TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is running a joint procurement for wholesale food supplies. Under the joint procurement framework agreement of Tuomi Logistiikka Oy, the following parties are entitled to use it: Tuomi Logistiikka Oy, Pirkanmaan Voimia Oy, the Municipality of Vesilahti, the City of Tampere, the Pirkanmaa Wellbeing Services County, Tammenlehväkeskus Oy, Coxa Oy, SK Hankintapalvelut Oy and Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy. A framework arrangement is established for the procurement, in which two (2) suppliers that have submitted the economically most advantageous tenders are selected as Suppliers. The allocation of product lines in the Price Appendix (appendix 1 to the tender request) among the selected Suppliers is described in the tender request section entitled “grounds for decision-making”. This procurement also includes expedited internal mini-competitions within the framework arrangement for additional product needs and for product needs related to seasonal celebrations, themed days and theme weeks.
