TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is a project portal (later also a project bank) for the management of Finnish Customs’ construction projects, in which drawings and other material related to Finnish Customs’ construction projects are stored. The project portal is procured as a SaaS service. The requirements for the subject of the procurement are defined in the request for tenders and its appendices. Finnish Customs procures a ready-made system in production use, which can be taken into use at Finnish Customs as a service with very limited tailoring. With the project portal, Finnish Customs and the parties involved in its construction contracts can store information in one place together. The project portal must enable, with access rights restricted to users, the storage of contract-specific documents (estimate of about 30 concurrent construction contracts), site daybooks, and the connection to the electronic tendering system (www.hankintailmoitukset.fi). The procurement includes commissioning of the project portal and, if necessary, training.
