TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a project portal (later also a project bank) for managing Customs’ construction projects, in which Customs’ construction project drawings and other material are stored. The project portal is procured as a SaaS service. The requirements for the subject matter of the procurement are defined in the request for tender and its appendices. Customs procures a ready-made system that is in production use and which can be taken into Customs’ use as a service with very limited tailoring. Using the project portal, Customs and the parties involved in its construction contracts can keep information in one place. The project portal must enable the storage of contract-specific documents (estimate approximately 30 simultaneous construction contracts), site day logs with access rights restricted, and integration with the electronic tendering system of the contracting portal (www.hankintailmoitukset.fi). The procurement includes deployment of the project portal and, if necessary, training.
