TENDER DESCRIPTION
This procurement covers the printing of paper-based letter mail items, enveloping and the distribution service as a single bundled delivery. The estimated annual volume of paper-based letter mail items in 2026 is approximately 13 million letters. After that, the number of letter mail items is estimated to decrease further by approximately 30% each year. The procured service also includes a mail preparation planning service and, associated with it, access rights to the data management system for users designated by the Tax Administration, as well as printing services. The procured service also includes a domestic letter-item-specific tracking service. The Tax Administration’s objective is to use the tracking service as widely as possible. The procurement is described in more detail in the tender request attachment entitled “Description of the subject matter of the procurement”.
