TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this procurement is the printing, enveloping and distribution service for paper-based letter mail as an overall delivery. The estimated annual volume of paper-based letter mail in 2026 is approximately 13 million letters. After that, the number of letter mail items is expected to further decrease by approximately 30% each year. The service to be procured also includes mailroom design/planning services and the related right to use the document management system for users designated by the Finnish Tax Administration, as well as printing services. The service to be procured also includes a domestic letter mail item-specific tracking service. The Finnish Tax Administration aims to use the tracking service as extensively as possible.
