Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is tendering for the supplier of licences for the SAP S/4HANA enterprise resource planning system, support services, maintenance, and development work. One supplier will be selected for the entire scope because it simplifies management and reduces interfaces as well as costs. Combining licences and maintenance also makes it easier to optimise licences. Tuomi is seeking cost-effective and high-quality support, maintenance and development services, and a long-term partnership with the selected supplier. During the contract period, the aim is to ensure effective collaboration and the supplier’s broad understanding of Tuomi’s business. The tendering procedure will be carried out as a negotiated procedure, the schedule of which is described below.
