TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Procurement and Catering Services of the City of Kaarina requests tenders for fresh bread for the period 1.1.2027–31.12.2028, after which the contract may be extended by the contracting authority’s decision under the original terms with two (2) options, each lasting one (1) year (1.1.2029–31.12.2029 and 1.1.2030–31.12.2030). Separate decisions will be made on the activation of the option periods. The objective of the procurement is to establish a contract for the supply of fresh bread for the needs of the City of Kaarina. The delivery locations are listed in Appendix 3. Deliveries must take place during the time period 06:30–14:00. The products must be suitable for professional use and comply with the laws, decrees, standards and other authority requirements in force in Finland. Product descriptions must be available for all products. The fresh bread must be baked within 20 hours of the delivery time. The transport vehicle fleet must comply with the applicable food legislation in force.
