TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Salo (hereinafter the contracting authority / client) requests tenders for the procurement of the basic renovation of Tupuri School and Day Care Centre as a turnkey contract in accordance with this tender request and the contract documents and plans attached to it. The scope of the procurement is the Tupuri School and Day Care Centre to be renovated, located at Taimistokatu 1. The form of contract shall be a turnkey contract. The contractor’s performance includes all work, materials, procurements and obligations set out in the project plan documents for the site, unless otherwise stated in the plans. In its tender, the contractor shall take into account that the contract will be carried out in three phases and that during the contract the school and day care centre will operate in the building and the premises. The contractor shall take into account the costs arising from coordination due to the nature of the contract, as well as from phasing and from ensuring the operation of the school.
