TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Salo (hereinafter the contracting authority / client) requests tenders for the renovation of Tupuri School and the Daycare Centre to be carried out as a turnkey contract in accordance with this tender request and the contract documents and plans attached hereto. The subject matter of the procurement is the Tupuri School and Daycare Centre to be renovated located at Taimistokatu 1. The form of contract is a turnkey contract. The turnkey performance includes all work, materials, procurements and obligations presented in the contract documents for the project, unless otherwise stated in the plans. The contractor must take into account in its tender that the contract will be implemented in three phases and that, during the contract, the school and the daycare centre operate in the building and on the premises/yard. The contractor must take into account the costs arising from coordination due to the nature of the contract, as well as phasing and securing the school’s operations.
