GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company which, among other things, provides construction, operation and facilities management services for more than 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg), as well as for buildings of higher education and municipal construction. --------------- At the Turmweg 2 site in Hamburg, fire protection refurbishment of the existing building is being carried out. The aim of the measure is to implement the current fire protection concept, including the creation and modification of second escape routes, the fire engineering upgrading of structural components, as well as the necessary adaptations to the technical equipment.
