TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the maintenance services for the security systems of the University of Oulu and Oulu University of Applied Sciences Ltd (OAMK). The objective of the procurement is to establish a unified operating model for the Contracting Authority for maintaining security systems, servicing, modifications, and life-cycle management. The procurement covers the Contracting Authority’s security systems at all of its sites. The scope also includes new sites to be commissioned during the contract period, as well as expansions and changes to existing sites. At present, the University of Oulu acts as the primary contracting authority and invoices the costs through to Oulu University of Applied Sciences Ltd (OAMK). During the contract period, Oamk may also generate its own procurement needs, related for example to updating or replacing systems.
