TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the maintenance support service for the security systems of the University of Oulu and Oulu University of Applied Sciences Ltd (OAMK). The objective of the procurement is to establish a unified operating model for the Contracting Party for the maintenance, servicing, modification work, and lifecycle management of security systems. The procurement covers the Contracting Party’s security systems at all of its sites. The scope of the procurement also includes new sites to be commissioned during the contract period, as well as extensions and changes to existing sites. At present, the University of Oulu acts as the primary contracting party and invoices the costs to Oulu University of Applied Sciences Ltd (OAMK). During the contract period, Oamk may also generate its own procurement needs related, for example, to upgrading or replacing systems. In this competition, Seclion Oy acts as the consultant for the University of Oulu.
