TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this request for tenders and its appendices, Espoon seurakuntayhtymä requests offers for the security services of Espoon seurakuntayhtymä for the period 1.2.2027 - 31.1.2030, and for a possible single (1) option period 1.2.2030 - 31.1.2031. The objectives of the security services of Espoon seurakuntayhtymä are to manage risks related to personal and premises security, to improve employees’ and customers’ sense of security and their comfort and convenience, and to ensure smooth and safe visits to the premises. In this procurement, security services are understood to include alarm centre services, alarm response calls, patrol services (area patrol), local guarding, guard call buttons, area guarding based on CCTV surveillance, and telephone duty (telephone duty services of the psychosocial care major incident group). One service provider will be selected to provide the security services. A more detailed description of the procurement is provided in the appendices to the request for tenders.
