TENDER DESCRIPTION

Espoon seurakuntayhtymä requests bids for the security services of Espoon seurakuntayhtymä for the period 1.2.2027 - 31.1.2030, and for a possible one (1) option period 1.2.2030 - 31.1.2031, in this invitation to tender and its appendices. The aim of Espoon seurakuntayhtymä’s security services is to manage risks related to personal and premises security, to improve the sense of security and the comfort and well-being of staff and customers, and to ensure uninterrupted and safe dealings at the sites. In this procurement, “security services” include alarm monitoring centre services, alarm responses (alarm visits), patrols by district security personnel, local guarding, guard call buttons, area guarding based on camera surveillance, and telephone call-out duty (telephone call-out services of the major incident response group for mental care). One service provider will be selected to produce the security services. A more detailed description of the procurement is provided in the appendices to the invitation to tender.
