TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Diocese of Espoo Parish Union requests, through this invitation to tender and its appendices, offers for the security services of the Diocese of Espoo Parish Union for the period 1.2.2027 - 31.1.2030 and for a possible one (1) option period 1.2.2030 - 31.1.2031. The objective of the Diocese of Espoo Parish Union’s security services is to manage risks related to personal and premises security, to improve staff and customer sense of security and comfort, and to ensure uninterrupted and safe handling/transactions at the sites. In this procurement, security services are understood to include alarm centre services, alarm call-outs, patrol guard services by route (area/patrol), local guard services, guard call button devices, area guarding based on camera surveillance, and telephone standby duty (telephone standby duty services of the mental welfare large-incident response group). One service provider will be selected to provide the security services. A more detailed description of the procurement is provided in the appendices to the invitation to tender.
