TENDER DESCRIPTION
Dismantling and proper disposal of the existing roof structure over approx. 788 m² down to the raw structure, consisting of: roofing gravel/split, mineral wool insulation containing hazardous substances (WHO fibres), roof felts containing asbestos, cork insulation, vapour barrier and felt sheet for laps. Including dismantling and disposal of lightning protection, roof drains, fume hood, and parapet coverings. Creation of a new roof waterproofing system over approx. 880 m² flat roof, consisting of: vapour barrier, tapered insulation and two-layer bitumen waterproofing. The surface is to be finished partly with gravel and partly as extensive roof greening. Including parapet coverings, fall protection as railings, and roof access. For performing the services, only personnel may be used who have previously undergone reliability checks and for whom no negative indications are present.
