TENDER DESCRIPTION

Dismantling and proper disposal of the existing roof build-up over approx. 788 m² down to the structural deck, comprising: roof gravel/chippings, mineral wool insulation contaminated with hazardous substances (WHO fibres), roofing felts containing asbestos, cork insulation, vapour barrier, and profiled sheet roof lining paper. Including dismantling and disposal of lightning protection, roof outlets, smoke ventilator housing and parapet coping covers. Creation of a new roof waterproofing system over approx. 880 m² flat roof, comprising: vapour barrier, tapered insulation and two-layer bitumen waterproofing. The surface shall be executed partly with gravel and partly as extensive green roof. Including parapet coping covers, fall protection as a handrail and roof access hatch. Only personnel that has previously undergone a reliability check and for whom there are no negative indications may be used to carry out the services.
