TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of high-rise rescue vehicles (42 meters) as defined in the Technical Specification of the Procurement Document for institutions subject to or voluntarily joining the centralized public procurement system and the central procurement organization's scope as per Government Decree 168/2004. (V. 25.), under the provisions of Section 105 (2) c) of the Public Procurement Act, ensuring procurement by reopening competition. The vehicle is a tool for firefighting and technical rescue activities performed at height by fire brigades. It is suitable for transporting two persons (1 driver and 1 operator), and can be deployed as an independent intervention vehicle for technical rescue tasks, especially for eliminating consequences of storm damage. The contracting authority only accepts new vehicles and new harness equipment offers. A new vehicle is defined as one that has run a maximum of 6,000 km, and no more than six months have elapsed since its first registration, and only new parts and subassemblies were used during its conversion into a fire truck.
