TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of Aerial Rescue Vehicles (42 meters) according to the Technical Description of the Procurement Document for institutions subject to or voluntarily joining the centralized public procurement system as set out in Government Decree 168/2004. (V. 25.), according to Section 105 (2) c) of the Public Procurement Act, i.e., ensuring procurement through re-opening of competition. The vehicle is a tool ensuring firefighting and technical rescue activities performed at height by fire brigades. It is suitable for transporting two persons (1 driver and 1 operator), and can be deployed as an independent intervention vehicle for technical rescue tasks, especially for eliminating the consequences of storm damage. The contracting authority accepts offers only for new vehicles and new harness equipment. A new vehicle is defined as one that has driven at most 6,000 km, and no more than six months have passed since its first registration, and only new parts and assemblies were used during its conversion into a fire vehicle. If the manufacturer of the harness equipment has specified an expiry period for the product or its parts, its production date must not be older than 12 months. The…
