TENDER DESCRIPTION
A. Subject of the public procurement, equivalence The Directorate General for Disaster Management (1149 Budapest, Mogyoródi út 43.), as the contracting authority (hereinafter: the contracting authority, or BM OKF), for the procurement of fire simulation equipment by means of a contractor agreement combined with a contract for sale and purchase. The contracting authority emphasizes that any designation used in the public procurement documents with regard to the items to be procured was used only for the purpose of clearly defining the nature of the subject matter; the contracting authority shall also accept a bid that is equivalent thereto. Pursuant to Section 46(3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.), except for cases justified by the subject matter of the contract, the technical specification may not refer to a specific item of a given make or origin, or to a specific procedure that characterizes the products of a given economic operator or the services provided by it, or to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type, or a given source or manufacturing process, if such would lead to preferring or excluding individual economic operators or products.
