The contract start date is October 1, 2027, and the end date is September 30, 2031. The total duration of the contract is a maximum of four years. Annual follow-up meetings are a key milestone, to be held at least once a year with the Seller and a representative from the contracting authority. The contract cannot be terminated earlier than 24 months after its start date. No extensions are possible.

The core scope of work for this tender involves providing services for Värnamo municipality and Finnvedsbostäder. This includes the washing, flushing, and cleaning of outdoor environments, such as roofs, playgrounds, signs, environmental rooms, and paving. Additionally, the tender covers graffiti removal and preventative treatment with permanent anti-graffiti protection on various types of facilities and buildings.

Key deliverables and responsibilities include:

• Performing graffiti removal and applying preventative anti-graffiti treatment in a professional manner.
• Ensuring that the anti-graffiti treatment protects the treated surface and allows for easy removal of graffiti caused by spray paint or other graffiti paints.
• Guaranteeing that the anti-graffiti protection lasts for at least two years, with the possibility of re-protecting the surface afterward.
• Documenting graffiti removal through "before and after" photographs, which must be sent to the client via email immediately after the assignment is completed.
• Consulting with the client before commencing graffiti removal on sensitive facades (e.g., lime plaster facades or older buildings).
• Ensuring that surfaces and facades are left in the best possible condition relative to their nature, meaning cleaned surfaces must be well-sanitized.
• Providing necessary equipment for flushing with both cold and hot water, along with adjustable pressure.
• Scraping/cleaning the substrate before flushing when needed.
• Protecting drains from blockages.
• Undertaking assignments continuously as needed.
• Completing started work in a continuous sequence, notifying the client if this is not possible.
• Registering on-site when work begins and ends, as agreed with the client.
• Making necessary cordons or covers around ongoing service performance and sealing off vents to prevent vapors from entering buildings.
• Minimizing disturbances to the client's daily operations.
• Performing assignments during ordinary working hours (weekdays 06:00-18:00).
• Having free access to water at the site when possible, or from a location designated by the client if not available at the site, requiring the contractor to have their own tank.
