TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the provision, implementation and operation of an integrated, cloud-based Procurement Suite to support procurement and supplier management processes within the corporate group of Technische Werke Dresden GmbH (TWD). The solution is to be provided as a standardized SaaS application from a vendor and is intended to create a uniform platform for the digitization, standardization and efficient management of procurement processes. As part of the first rollout wave, the scope of services includes the functions of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), as well as catalog management and processing of catalog orders. The solution is intended to provide end-to-end support for processes ranging from supplier registration through qualification, evaluation and risk assessment up to ordering from approved catalogs. In addition, the offered suite is intended to serve as the basis for a later expansion of further procurement functions.
