TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is the provision, implementation and operation of an integrated, cloud-based Procurement Suite to support procurement and supplier management processes within the group of Technische Werke Dresden GmbH (TWD). The solution is to be provided as a standardized SaaS application from a manufacturer and is intended to create a uniform platform for the digitisation, standardisation and efficient control of procurement processes. As part of the first rollout phase, the scope of services includes the functions of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), as well as catalogue management and the processing of catalogue orders. The solution is to provide end-to-end support for the processes from supplier registration via qualification, assessment and risk consideration through to ordering from approved catalogues. In addition, the offered suite is intended to form the basis for the later expansion of further procurement functions. In particular, these include functions of Source-to-Contract (S2C), further Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes as well as Guided Buying.
