Part 1: Creation and modernisation of greenery in Czersk – Square at ul. Dr Zielińskiego The project is co-financed from the project entitled: “Adaptation to climate change” of the Municipality of Czersk, implemented under the Programme “European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027”, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, Measure 2.9. Adaptation to climate change. 1. Subject matter and purpose of the contract The subject matter of the contract is comprehensive development of greenery in the centre of the town of Czersk over an area of 1,511 m². The investment aims at aesthetic and functional modernisation of urban space by using high-quality plant material and modern irrigation systems, ensuring durability and a representative character of the area. 2. General scope of works The Contractor is required to carry out the works in accordance with horticultural art, applicable standards and technical specifications.
