TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of services consisting in ensuring temporary accommodation in a homeless shelter for homeless persons referred by the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Ostróda in accordance with the provisions of Article 48a of the Act on Social Assistance of 12 March 2004. The shelter may not be located more than 250 km from the city of Ostróda. The estimated number of homeless persons covered by the service is 7 persons; however, the Contracting Authority reserves that the figures provided are estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed number of persons. In addition, the Contracting Authority reserves that the services may be provided exclusively by entities operating a homeless shelter entered by the voivode in the list of facilities providing temporary shelter.
