TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is a work ability management system as a SaaS service. The procurement includes delivery of the system, planning and implementation of deployment, implementation of the required integrations, and ongoing maintenance and support services. In addition, the contracting authority has the option to procure separately agreed minor development during the contract period. The supplier is responsible for ensuring that the system can be taken into use in a controlled manner and that it is integrated into the contracting authority’s key back-end systems, such as human resources and identity management systems. Transfer of legacy data can be implemented as expert work according to the hourly rate for expert work stated in the price appendix, as a separately orderable option. The contracting authority decides on whether to take the option into use at its own discretion during the contract period, and the contracting authority has no obligation to take the option into use or to order any services related to it.
