TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Kerava is putting out to tender a framework arrangement for coaching and support services promoting employment The subject of the procurement is coaching services that promote employment and support work-life readiness for jobseeker customers in the employment area of Kerava and Sipoo. The aim of the coaching is to support customers in finding employment, strengthen their work-life readiness, identify their skills, and progress towards working life, education, or other appropriate services. Customers’ service needs may vary greatly, and barriers to employment may include, for example, factors related to skills, work and functional capacity, language proficiency, life situation, long-term unemployment, or labour market readiness. The service is provided in Kerava and Sipoo mainly as face-to-face meetings, and only in some cases online. Jobseekers in very different labour market situations may be directed to the service.
