TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Kerava is arranging a tender for the framework arrangement for employment-promoting and support coaching The subject of the procurement is coaching services that promote employment and support workplace readiness for jobseeker clients in the employment area of Kerava and Sipoo. The aim of the coaching is to support clients in gaining employment, strengthen workplace readiness, identify skills, and progress towards working life, training, or other appropriate services. Clients’ service needs may be very different, and factors that may act as obstacles to employment include, for example, issues related to skills, work and functional capacity, language proficiency, life situation, prolonged unemployment, or labour market readiness. The service will be provided in Kerava and Sipoo mainly through face-to-face meetings, and only in some cases online. Jobseekers in very different labour market situations may be directed to the service.
