TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Espoo (hereinafter also the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for the procurement of maintenance leasing services for company cars. The procurement target consists of fully electric company cars as maintenance leasing services for staff entitled to a car benefit at the City of Espoo. The Contracting Authority will acquire approximately 40–50 fully electric company cars for maintenance leasing use during the contract period. The company cars to be procured are mainly E-segment cars. Additionally, the Contracting Authority may procure cars classified as executive class. The procurement has been conducted as a framework agreement under the Public Procurement Act. The City of Espoo will select one (1) supplier and one (1) backup supplier for the framework agreement based on the competition. A more detailed description of the procurement content is included in Annex 1 of the invitation to tender, "Description of the procurement target". The estimated total value of the procurement excluding VAT is 4,000,000 euros.
