TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Espoo (hereinafter also the Contracting Authority) invites tenders for the procurement of maintenance leasing services for company cars. The subject of the procurement is fully electric company cars as a maintenance leasing service for personnel entitled to company car benefits at the City of Espoo. During the contract period, the Contracting Authority will acquire approximately 40–50 fully electric company cars for maintenance leasing use. The company cars to be acquired are mainly E-segment cars. In addition, the Contracting Authority may procure cars belonging to the executive class. The procurement has been carried out as a framework agreement pursuant to the Public Procurement Act. The City of Espoo will select based on competition one (1) supplier and one (1) substitute supplier for the framework arrangement. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement is in Annex 1 of the request for tender, "Description of the procurement object". The estimated total value of the procurement excluding VAT is 4,000,000 euros.
