TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the procurement is the occupational health services of Ammattiopisto Luovi Oy nationwide for approximately 800 employees. The procurement includes preventive occupational health care in accordance with the Occupational Health Care Act (Kela 1), capacity- and fitness-focused general practitioner-level medical care (Kela 2), occupational health cooperation, work ability management services, digital occupational health services, and separately ordered additional services. The contracting authority’s objective is proactive occupational health activities, early identification of work ability risks, effective occupational health cooperation, and management of disability-related costs. The contract period is three (3) years from the start of service production. The contracting authority has the right to two (2) one (1)-year option periods. After the option periods, the contract may continue as an agreement valid until further notice under the terms defined in the draft contract.
