TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is a work shift scheduling and working time monitoring system (hereinafter also “System”) to be acquired as an off-the-shelf SaaS software solution for use by the Kainuu Welfare Area. The Kainuu Welfare Area (Kainuun HVA) will tender for an off-the-shelf SaaS software solution that can be implemented easily and meets the Contracting Authority’s requirements without software development work. By acquiring the off-the-shelf SaaS software solution, the Contracting Authority ensures that the System can be reliably brought into production use and that, with its ready-made functionalities, it supports the Contracting Authority’s processes and operating models. The System is configured to meet the Contracting Authority’s needs using the System’s existing functionalities in an implementation project. The System must support the Contracting Authority’s various working time forms in accordance with different collective agreements for work and public office (hereinafter VES/TES) (HYVTES, SOTE agreement, LS), as well as the different ways of arranging work, i.e. fixed and flexible (sliding) working time.
