TENDER DESCRIPTION

The area of the Farmsen subway station with the junctions August-Krogmann-Straße/Am Luisenhof and August-Krogmann-Straße/Berner Heerweg/Rahlstedter Weg, whose basic refurbishment and redesign is tendered here, forms the central node of Metrobus line 26 (MB26). In addition, it connects as an important part of the main road network the districts of Steilshoop in the west, Wellingsbüttel in the northwest and Rahlstedt in the east. Parallel to this tender, the lots for garden and landscape construction (plantings) (special lots 1 & 2) and the construction of a barrier-free ramp, including retaining walls at the southeastern subway exit (Construction Lot 2) are being tendered.
