TENDER DESCRIPTION

The area of the U-Bahn station Farmsen with the junctions August-Krogmann-Straße/Am Luisenhof and August-Krogmann-Straße/Berner Heerweg/Rahlstedter Weg, for which basic refurbishment and redesign are being tendered here, forms the central junction point of Metrobus line 26 (MB26). In addition, as an important part of the main road network, it connects the districts of Steilshoop in the west, Wellingsbüttel in the north-west and Rahlstedt in the east. In parallel with this tender, the lots for landscaping (planting) (specialized lots 1 & 2) and the construction of a barrier-free ramp, including retaining walls at the south-eastern U-Bahn exit (lot 2) are also being tendered.
