TENDER DESCRIPTION

The area of the Farmsen subway station with the junctions August-Krogmann-Straße/Am Luisenhof and August-Krogmann-Straße/Berner Heerweg/Rahlstedter Weg, whose fundamental renovation and redesign is being tendered here, forms the central hub of Metrobus line 26 (MB26). In addition, as an important part of the main road network, it connects the districts of Steilshoop in the west, Wellingsbüttel in the northwest, and Rahlstedt in the east. Parallel to this tender, the lots for garden and landscaping (plantings) (sub-lots 1 & 2) and the construction of a barrier-free ramp including retaining walls at the southeastern subway exit (Construction Lot 2) are being tendered.
