TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement is planning services for interior spaces in accordance with Sections 33 to 36 HOAI in connection with the comprehensive fire protection upgrade of the station “Willy-Brandt-Platz” in Frankfurt am Main. The measure includes the planning of the required structural modifications to implement current fire protection requirements, as well as the planning support for the replacement of fire protection dampers contaminated with pollutants. The objective of the project is the sustainable improvement of the fire protection situation within the station, taking into account the operational, functional and design requirements of a heavily frequented transport infrastructure structure. The planning services are to be provided in close coordination with the specialist planning services involved and taking into account the ongoing operation of the station.
