TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the award is planning services for interiors in accordance with Sections 33 to 36 HOAI in connection with the comprehensive fire protection technical upgrading of the “Willy-Brandt-Platz” station in Frankfurt am Main. The measure includes planning the required structural adaptations for implementing current fire protection requirements, as well as providing planning support for the replacement of fire protection dampers contaminated with pollutants. The objective of the project is the sustainable improvement of the fire protection situation within the station, taking into account the operational, functional and design requirements of a heavily used transport structure. The planning services are to be provided in close coordination with the specialist planning parties involved and taking into account the ongoing operation of the station.
