TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the award is planning services for interior spaces in accordance with Sections 33 to 36 HOAI in connection with the comprehensive upgrade for fire safety engineering of the “Willy-Brandt-Platz” station in Frankfurt am Main. The measure includes the planning of the required structural modifications to implement current fire protection requirements as well as the planning support for the replacement of fire protection dampers contaminated with pollutants. The aim of the project is the sustainable improvement of the fire safety situation within the station, taking into account the operational, functional and design requirements of a heavily used transport structure. The planning services are to be provided in close coordination with the specialist planning services involved and taking into account the ongoing operation of the station.
