TENDER DESCRIPTION

This invitation to tender concerns replacement plantings of trees and shrubs as well as ground covers and the restoration of path areas in green spaces. In addition, parking areas are to be constructed using block paving, including ancillary work such as drainage, signage and marking works. In addition to restoring topsoil surfaces, the processing of existing topsoil surfaces is required and grass seeding measures must be carried out. The fencing of plots with fencing systems and hedge planting is also part of this procurement procedure. The work areas essentially extend from Dannerallee along the entire length of Manshardstraße to Sandkamp and the associated site set-up areas. For the vegetation works, the performance period covers the planting periods 2027, 2027-2028 and 2028. All other work will be carried out from the beginning of Q2 2027 to the end of Q3 2028.
