TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is replacement planting of trees, shrubs and groundcovers, as well as restoration of path areas in green spaces. Furthermore, parking areas are to be constructed using paving construction, including ancillary works such as drainage, signage and marking works. In addition to restoring topsoil surfaces, the processing of existing topsoil surfaces is required and grass seeding works must be carried out. Fencing of plots with fencing systems and hedge planting is also part of this procurement procedure. The work areas essentially extend from Dannerallee along the entire Manshardtstraße as far as Sandkamp and the associated construction-site setup areas. The performance period for the vegetation works concerns the planting periods 2027, 2027-2028 and 2028. All other works will be carried out from the beginning of Q2 2027 to the end of Q3 2028.
