TENDER DESCRIPTION
Tree appraisal in the project to extend tram line U5 between the Preungesheim station and the S-Bahn station „Frankfurter Berg“. As part of the project, the tram line U5 is to be extended by approximately 1.5 km between the existing Preungesheim station and the future terminus Frankfurter Berg, with two stations in side location. In parallel to the new alignment, the roads, pedestrian paths and cycle paths will also be reorganised. In addition, within the scope of the measure, extensive re-routing work for utility services for the entities providing and supplying services (de- and suppliers) is required. The aim of this invitation to tender is to prepare a tree appraisal that assesses the general condition of the existing trees within the project area, estimates the impact of the construction project on them, and presents measures for the preservation of the trees. The results serve as a basis for the landscape planning designer as well as for further object planning of the transport facilities.
